  • At workplace, we believe this is an era everybody has infinite possibilities. Lacking space makes our thinking simple and linear. Anxiety leads us to the wrong decision, without rational thinking. The journey is designed for you to gain the capability of focus, agility, creativity, pressure management, and resilience at workplace.

  • The “Space Construction Method” for workplace and leadership is based on the core skeleton of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and practice of management and leadership development. With mindfulness, we can even see our mindset change based on the situation we’re in. And, with practice, we can intentionally change our mindset.

  • Our workshop includes both guided sessions and self-practice, aimed at helping you internalize the "Space Construction Method". Through inward exploration, you'll build inner strength to enhance focus, reduce internal conflict, manage stress, and increase creativity. You'll also learn how to expand outward by effectively managing teams, handling relationships with wisdom, and building harmonious connections. By breaking out of habitual mindsets, you'll create new choices and consistently elevate your influence and leadership style.

  • In today's globalized world, cross-cultural understanding has become essential for individuals and companies alike. It can help us avoid cultural traps, inefficiencies, and uncooperative teams. With our "Mindful understanding of diversified culture" program, we extend the "Space Construction Method" to the multi-culture workplace, providing tools for cultural awareness and growth.

  • Our program helps individuals navigate a multi-cultural workplace and life by raising awareness of cultural similarities and differences, promoting acceptance, and empowering them to develop effective strategies.
